Quaint cottage next to Kilbroney Park.
Syenite place sits at the gateway of Kilbroney Forest Park with amazing walks, Cloughmore Stone, children’s play park and mountain bike trails. This is the perfect location as your base to explore the Mourne Mountains and surrounding beaches. A 2 minute stroll takes you to the village of Rostrevor with its bars and restaurants. Ideal for 4 adults or a family of 5.Bedroom 1: double bed. Bedroom 2: a super king size which can be split for twin beds. Bedroom 2 has a junior bed for child not adult.
Upstairs is shower over bath in the bathroom with toilet and basin. There is also a shower room downstairs just outside the back door with toilet and basin along with washing machine. Great after those long walks or cycle rides! After, relax in the garden with your dinner and perhaps head into town for that quick drink for the craic!
Bedroom 1: double bed
Bedroom 2: zip and link bed so either a super king or two singles. Fold up bed also for an extra child (up to 12 years old). The junior bed will not hold an adult. 4 adults maximum.
Cot also available.
Living room: A country feel that leads to the kitchen. Fireplace with electric fire if needed!
The lane is a two minute stroll to the park and to the town. Five minute walk from the sea front.
Parking: The cottage is in a small lane. Parking is for one small car outside the cottage. But if a guest or another cottage brings a large car it may be difficult to drive down. It is a ten second walk to the top of the lane and there is free parking on the road if needed.
